All content on this website (texts, images, logos, structure) is protected by French and international intellectual property law. Any reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorization is prohibited.
2. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
Guidance Voyance is operated by EI LTCMA Thomas LAMIEN, controller of personal data within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679).
2.1 Personal data we collect
a) Technical data (legal basis: legitimate interest — site security)
- IP address: hashed immediately (SHA-256 + salt), never stored in plaintext
- User-Agent (browser, OS): also SHA-256 hashed
- Device type (mobile / tablet / desktop), screen resolution, timezone
- Page visited, referrer, browser language
b) Audience measurement data (legal basis: explicit consent via cookie banner)
- Pseudonymous identifiers (session_id, visitor_id) randomly generated and stored locally in your browser (localStorage)
- Navigation events: page views, scroll depth, button clicks, FAQ openings, form submissions
- Marketing UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid, fbclid) if present in the entry URL
- Technical performance indicators (Core Web Vitals)
These data are collected only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner. You can refuse or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Manage my cookies" link in the footer.
c) Data provided voluntarily (legal basis: contract performance and/or consent)
- Newsletter or guide signup: email, first name or alias (optional), checkbox "I agree to receive marketing communications" (opt-in)
- At checkout: email, first name or alias, content of question/request (potentially sensitive — relationships, health), payment information (card, transmitted directly to Stripe, never stored on our servers)

2.3 Retention periods
- Navigation events (analytics): 90 days then automatic deletion
- Unfinalized order drafts: 30 days then automatic deletion
- Newsletter / prospect list signups: until you unsubscribe, reviewed every 3 years of inactivity
- Paid orders (client data + question): 3 years after last order, then anonymization
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (French Commercial Code obligation)
- Customer reviews: publication duration on the site, or 1 year after removal request
- Consent cookies: 6 months (180 days), then renewal requested
2.4 Recipients and sub-processors
Your data is accessible to authorized Guidance Voyance personnel (owner + contracted psychics) strictly within their missions. It is also transmitted to the following technical sub-processors, contractually bound (GDPR article 28 clauses):

2.5 International data transfers
Some of our sub-processors (Stripe, Google) may process data from servers located in the United States. These transfers are governed by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (decision 2021/914) and, for Stripe, by their certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. No sensitive data (consultation content) is transferred outside the EU by us.
2.6 Information security

- Strict Content Security Policy (CSP), X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options
- SHA-256 hashing (with salt) of IP addresses and User-Agents before storage
- Payment data never stored on our servers (direct transmission to Stripe via client-side tokenization)
- Internal storage files (
/storage/) blocked from public access by server configuration - Daily automatic purge script applying retention periods
- 72-hour breach notification (CNIL + affected users)
2.7 Your rights and how to exercise them
In accordance with GDPR articles 15 to 22, you have the following rights:
- Right of access (art. 15) — obtain a copy of your data
- Right to rectification (art. 16) — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure / "right to be forgotten" (art. 17) — request deletion
- Right to restriction (art. 18) — temporarily freeze processing
- Right to portability (art. 20) — retrieve your data in a structured format
- Right to object (art. 21) — object to legitimate interest or marketing processing
- Right to withdraw consent at any time (art. 7.3)
- Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French Data Protection Authority): cnil.fr/en/plaintes
How to exercise your rights:
- Online (recommended): use our "My Data" page (currently in French — same functionality) to request access, export or erasure via a signed email link.
- By email: send your request via our contact page specifying the right exercised. Attach proof of identity if requesting full erasure (recommended to prevent impersonation).
- Response time: 30 days maximum from receipt (extendable by 2 months for complex requests, with prior notification).
2.8 Cookies and trackers — detail
No third-party advertising cookies are used. The site uses only first-party trackers stored in your browser's localStorage:

Stripe and Google Fonts do not set cookies on home/content pages. Stripe uses strictly necessary technical cookies only on the payment page (exempt from consent as essential to the requested service).
2.9 Minors
This email psychic reading service is restricted to adults (18 years or older). By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age. No minor data is knowingly collected. If you are a parent and find that your minor child has provided us with data, please contact us for immediate deletion.
2.10 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the version in effect. In case of substantial modification (new purpose, new sub-processor), you will be notified by email if you are subscribed to our lists.
3. Terms of Service
Article 1 – Purpose
These Terms of Service (ToS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of psychic reading and guidance services on https://guidancevoyance.com. Any order implies full acceptance of these ToS.
Article 2 – Services
The site offers email psychic reading consultations. Details and pricing are listed on the corresponding pages.
Article 3 – Order
The client selects the service and follows the ordering process. Validation implies acceptance of the ToS. A confirmation email is sent after the order.
Article 4 – Pricing and Payment
Prices are listed in euros. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Payment is made online (Stripe). Full payment is required at the time of order.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code (which transposes EU Directive 2011/83 article 16(m)), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for service contracts fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, or for digital content provided immediately. By starting your consultation, you expressly consent to immediate performance and waive your withdrawal right.
Article 6 – Cancellation, postponement and refund policy
Cancellation or postponement possible up to 24 hours before delivery. After that, the service is due. A refund is only possible if the client has not received a response within the agreed timeframe.
Article 7 – Liability
Consultations are offered as guidance and do not substitute for medical, legal or psychological advice. The site cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the client.
Article 8 – Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy. The client has rights of access and rectification.
Article 9 – Intellectual property
All content on the site is protected by intellectual property rights.
Article 10 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
These ToS are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the competent courts shall be those of Poitiers, France.
